ResveratrolCR, Inc. d.b.a. Groove, the “Company,” or sometimes “we” or “us” or “our”), is the owner and operator of www.takegroove.com. (“Website,” or “Site”) respects the privacy of visitors to its Website. We offer certain refunds and returns for our product and pursuant to our shipping policy as provided in this Return, Refund and Shipping policy (the “Policy”) below. This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service Policy and other policies provided in our Website.
Damage Due to Freight or Shipping
We test all our products for quality, and we carefully inspect all products before they leave our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check your product to ensure it was not damaged during shipping. With our quality control and procedures addressing shipping, damage to a particular shipment is very rate. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping. To do so, please include a full description of the damage to the product and a picture evidencing said damage. All claims for damaged product(s) must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours from delivery. We will decide in our sole discretion, based upon a review of the picture of the damaged product, whether will replace the purchased product and notify our customer of our decision. If we agree a replacement is warranted, we shill ship the replacement product to the customer address we have on file. In the event our customer elects to receive a refund in lieu of a replacement product, please see our Refunds section below.
Refunds - Thirty Day Money Back Guarantee
To assure our customers for complete satisfaction of their purchase of our product, we offer a complete and unconditional 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason our customer is dissatisfied with our product performance and should our customer desire a refund for the full purchase price, less shipping cost (the “Refund”), please notify us of such and email@example.com. To receive the Refund, we require the customer provide us the customer name and address consistent with the customer information provided on our Website at the time of purchase plus a short description supporting the decision to request the Refund. We will refund said purchase price to the customer credit or debit card we have on file.
Late or missing returns or refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your replacement product(s) for damage in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you haven’t received a refund in a reasonable amount of time, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com accordingly.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced product may be refunded pursuant to our Refund policy, unfortunately sale product cannot be refunded.
We may ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL as provided on our Website. For shipments within the continental United States,, our customer should expect receipt of the order within seven (7) to ten (10) business days pending your shipping preference chosen at checkout. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions about your shipment.
If you select one of our expedited shipping options (2nd Day or Next Day Air), we will fulfill any orders placed before 10:00 am MST the same business day, otherwise they will be shipped the next business day. This excludes weekends and holidays within the continental United States.
- Promotions, discounts or limited time offerings cannot be purchased or combined for Subscription members pursuant to this Subscription Policy.
- Customer authorizes Groove to submit a charge for payment, from one’s credit/debit card as provided to Groove, for monthly purchase of Groove product that is specifically identified pursuant to this Subscription Policy.
- The first order will be processed and shipped within five (5) business days of ordering. Without any further action by the Subscription Member, Shipments of the product ordered will occur every thirty (30) calendar days.
- Changes to address, delivery date, or payment details can be made via our customer portal, or by contacting email@example.com. Please note all changes should be made at least three (3) business days prior to the monthly subscription date.
- Subscriptions remain in effect until our Subscription Member: (1) elects to modify it on the website; (2) contacts Customer Care by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Notice of cancellation must be received by at least three (3) business days prior to the monthly subscription date.
- Groove may amend this Subscription Policy at any time and agree to be bound by all such amendments and that if one disagrees with such amendments, one may cancel the subscription at any time.
- This Subscription Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
