Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?

All you need to do to subscribe is follow the check out process. From there, you'll receive an installment each month until you opt out. If you haven't signed up for an account already, be sure to do so at the end of your order! 

Can I order just one bottle without a subscription?

Yes! You will still need to subscribe, but afterwards you can cancel all further subscription installments in the subscription manager. 

When will I receive my monthly installment?

You'll receive your first order in 5-7 business days. Each subsequent installment will process and ship every 30 days. 

What if I need to change info like my address, payment method, or how my monthly installments are staggered?

We want to make your subscription works for you. All you need to do is log in to your Groove account. From there, you can manage and customize any changes you want. If you are having trouble, please drop us a line at hello@takegroove.com

How do I suspend or cancel my subscription? 

Easy. Just log in to your Groove account, go to 'Manage Subscriptions', and hit cancel. For help, send us an email. hello@takegroove.com

My installment was damaged, can you send a new one?

Absolutely. Please send an email with a picture of the damaged product to hello@takegroove.com. We'll ship a fresh bottle out to you as soon as possible. 

This isn't for me. Can I have a refund?

Not satisfied? Send us an email at hello@takegroove.com and we'll make sure you get a full refund on your order. Please note; refunds can take 3-7 business days to process. If you do not see your funds returned by then, please contact us. hello@takegroove.com
